Privacy Policy

Last updated 31 July 2026

This site is deliberately light on data collection. There are no accounts, no logins, and no database of visitors. This policy explains exactly what does happen with information you provide or that is measured as you browse.

1. Information you give us

The only place this site invites you to submit information is the contact form. That form does not transmit anything to a server we control. When you submit it, your browser opens your own email application with a pre-filled message addressed to npeters@yourleaderinluxury.com. Nothing is sent until you press send in your own email client, and you can edit or discard the message first.

The pre-filled message contains only what you typed: your name, your email address, the interest you selected, and your note. Once you send it, your email is handled by the recipient and by the email providers on both ends under their own policies. Please do not include sensitive personal information — financial account details, government identifiers, or health information — in that message.

2. Information collected automatically

Like nearly every website, this site is served by hosting infrastructure that keeps standard technical logs — IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp — for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.

The site also contains a lightweight, provider-agnostic analytics layer. Where an analytics provider is enabled, it records anonymous usage events such as which pages are viewed and which video chapters are opened, so we can tell which guides are useful. These events are about pages and interactions, not about identified individuals: we do not attach your name or email address to them, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

3. Cookies and local storage

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no advertising networks. Any cookies or local storage present are either strictly necessary to serve the page, or set by an enabled analytics provider to count visits.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can enable your browser's "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal. Where a recognised opt-out signal is received, we treat it as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information — although, as above, we do not sell or share it in any case. Blocking cookies does not affect your ability to read anything on this site.

4. Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

5. Retention

We keep no visitor database. Email correspondence you choose to send is retained in the recipient's mailbox for as long as it is needed to respond to your enquiry and to meet record-keeping obligations, then deleted. Analytics data is retained in aggregate by the analytics provider under its own retention schedule.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, a copy of, or deletion of personal information about you; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising; to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and to appeal a refused request. You will never be treated differently for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise a right, write to us through the contact form and describe your request. We will respond within the period required by the law that applies to you. Because we hold so little, our answer is often simply that we hold nothing about you beyond any email you sent us.

7. Third-party links

This guide links to independent third-party websites, including the local businesses it recommends. Once you follow a link, you are on someone else's site, governed by their privacy policy and terms. We do not control and are not responsible for their practices. Review their policies before providing information to them.

8. Security and changes

We take reasonable measures to protect this site, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy as the site changes. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes will be reflected here rather than announced individually.
