Like every section name here, it is a subdivision-level label — the kind that appears on a recorded plat and a deed — rather than a separate community. Frontage in Piper Glen runs lot by lot rather than section by section. Several sections contain lots backing onto the Arnold Palmer–designed course, and others sit entirely interior with woods or neighbours behind. The difference is material: a fairway lot buys long light, an open rear aspect and a view that will not be built out, and it accepts play traffic, the occasional errant ball, and less rear privacy in exchange.
