The course is the spine
The Arnold Palmer–designed course, opened in 1988 and now operated as TPC Piper Glen, runs through the community rather than around it. What varies from lot to lot is the quality of contact with it: an open fairway corridor reads very differently from a lot beside a tee, cart path or maintenance area.
