Ballantyne Reserve is the community's newest section — the last significant tranche of land to be developed, and the neighborhood most associated with new construction. Nearly every home dates from 2022 or later, and the section continues to deliver spec and bespoke residences into 2026. Its position at the community's southern edge gives it the shortest access to the Ballantyne shopping corridor.
